Ciri Round Oak Dining Table

One slab of oak, shaped by its own grain.

The Ciri is cut from a single piece of natural oak, 59 inches across, its asymmetrical edge left as the tree suggested, in the wabi-sabi manner. Cracks, knots, and mineral traces remain, finished only with ecological wood wax oil. A 35-inch ultra-clear tempered glass lazy susan floats at the center on a hidden bearing, rotating smoothly and in silence.

The surface seats six to eight, and the glass turntable moves dishes across the table without a word. No two tables share the same curve.
