Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on weekends from 9:00 to 16:00 (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8). We aim to respond within 12 hours .

Although we operate entirely online, our activities are coordinated from Hong Kong. From there, we collaborate with external suppliers and carefully curate our collection for customers in the Netherlands.
