  • Netherlands, UK, US, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium: Free shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed through our logistics partners; you will receive tracking information as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped.
Shipping time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.
Total delivery time: In most cases, you will receive your order within 4–9 business days.

Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (local time) for each respective market, Monday through Saturday:

  • Netherlands: 5:00 PM (CET, Central European Time)

  • UK: 5:00 PM (GMT)

  • US (New York time): 5:00 PM (EST/EDT, Eastern Standard/Daylight Time)

  • Ireland: 5:00 PM (GMT)

  • Switzerland: 5:00 PM (CET)

  • Denmark: 5:00 PM (CET)

  • Belgium: 5:00 PM (CET)

Please note that the cut-off time is shown in the local time zone of each respective market; our internal processing is coordinated from Hong Kong.

Shipments are processed through our logistics partners and handed over to reliable carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for delivery within the Netherlands, the UK, the US, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, and Belgium.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link, so you can easily follow your package. While we always strive for delivery within the expected time, delays can sometimes occur – for example, during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
