You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all accompanying packaging. We do not charge restocking or administrative fees; what you see is what you get — including with our return policy.

To start a return, contact us via info@ariemonique.nl including your order number. Our team will guide you step by step through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely with us.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to process the refund.
