Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8). We aim to respond within 12 hours.

Although we operate fully online, our activities are coordinated from Hong Kong. From there, we collaborate with external suppliers and carefully curate our collection for customers in the Netherlands.
