What is Arie Monique?
We operate entirely online and serve customers in the Netherlands, the UK, the US, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, and Belgium through our webshop. Our operations are coordinated from Hong Kong.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, the UK, the US, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, and Belgium.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (Monday through Saturday). Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the package step by step. In total, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now ship to the Netherlands, the UK, the US, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, and Belgium. We cover all shipping costs for these regions.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your order. Just send an email to info@ariemonique.nl and our team will gladly assist you with the return instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days via your original payment method. Please note that your bank may sometimes need a few extra days to make the amount visible.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, definitely. If you prefer to receive a different item, send us a message at info@ariemonique.nl and we will gladly help you choose the right item.

What if I receive a damaged product?
We are very sorry about that. In that case, please send an email to info@ariemonique.nl with a brief description of the damage and, if possible, a photo. We will then send a replacement product as soon as possible or offer you a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will see what is possible.
